Help center
Short guides to get the most out of Rachi.
Getting started
Rachi helps you build habits one day at a time.
Schedules
Every habit has a schedule. It decides when the habit shows on Today, when it reminds you and how its streak is counted. Pick it in the habit form; all schedules are free.
How streaks work
Your streak is how many times in a row you kept a habit.
Goals and units
Some habits are about how much, not just whether. Give a habit a goal and an optional unit in the habit form, for example 8 glasses. The goal is a whole number from 1 to 9,999 and the unit can be up to 12 characters. A unit needs a goal. Goals are free.
Notes on check-ins
Add a note to a check-in to remember how the day went. Press and hold the habit on Today, or open the day in the habit's calendar, and write up to 280 characters. Notes are free and work without internet.
Calendar and progress
Progress shows each habit with its current streak, best streak and completion rate for the last 7 and 30 days. Tap See calendar to open one habit's month.
Habit stats
Open a habit's stats from Progress to see how consistent you are.
Reminders
Pick a reminder time in the habit's settings, in steps of 15 minutes. On the days the habit is due, you get the notification within 15 minutes of that time if the day isn't done yet. If you already checked in, there is no reminder.
Download your habits
Your streaks are yours. Open Settings, choose Export and tap Export. It is free on every plan and includes your whole history, even the part the free plan does not show.
Rachi Pro and billing
The free plan includes up to 5 active habits and your last 7 days of history.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most. Each one links to a full article when there is more to say.
Without internet and on several phones
Check-ins, edits, archiving and deleting work without internet. They show right away and are saved everywhere once you're back online; a small mark shows what's still waiting.
