Terms of service
Rules for using Rachi: account, leaderboard, Pro, subscriptions, liability.
Last updated: 15 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use the Rachi app for Android and this website. By creating an account, starting as a guest or using the app you agree to them.
Rachi is made by Criollo Labs, an independent developer.
Your account
You can start as a guest with no account. To keep your streak across devices, to appear on the leaderboard and to restore purchases on a new phone you create an account with a real email address or a Google sign-in. You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if lower but never under 13. Rachi is for personal use: one person, one account.
Your name and profile
Enter the name you want others to see (1 to 50 characters). Do not use a name that impersonates someone else, is offensive or contains personal data. We may change a name or reset an avatar, or hide you from the leaderboard, if it breaks these rules.
The leaderboard
If you have an account and leave Show me on the leaderboard on, other users can see your name, avatar, streak and the name of your habit with the longest current streak. Keep habit names free of personal information. You can opt out in Settings at any time. Do not cheat: do not log check-ins you did not do or use tools to inflate your streak; we may correct or remove such results.
Using Rachi
Use the app to track your own habits. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, access other people's data, or use the app in a way that breaks the law.
Rachi Pro
Rachi Pro is sold through Google Play as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription (both include a 7-day free trial when offered) and a one-time lifetime purchase with no trial. Prices are shown in the app and on the pricing page; Google Play shows the price in your currency.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, you are charged for the first period.
- Cancel: open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Rachi and cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime: a single payment unlocks Pro with no renewal, for as long as the Rachi service is offered.
- Refunds: payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies.
- Restore: use Restore purchases in the app on a new phone with the same Google account.
Your data
Your habits and notes are yours. You can export them at any time and delete your account whenever you like (see Delete account). How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Rachi running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or end features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Liability
Rachi is a habit tracker, not medical or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law, including consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela, and its courts have jurisdiction, without taking away the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms removes the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
